5. Payments

• Payments below $3,000 can be made via card or direct transfer.
• Transactions above $3,000 may require wire transfer or Letter of Credit.
• Exportplug does not store full payment card details; transactions are handled by secure third-party payment processors.

6. Trade Documentation

Exportplug provides tools for generating and managing trade documents (e.g., invoices, shipping documents, compliance certificates). You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of submitted documents.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on Exportplug.com.ng are owned by Exportplug or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Exportplug is a facilitator and is not responsible for:

• Quality or condition of goods traded.
• Disputes between buyers and sellers.
• Delays or failures caused by logistics, customs, or third-party providers.

We provide the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent/illegal activities.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be subject to Nigerian courts.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
